About me

I am a psychotherapist by training specialized in cognitive-behavioral therapy. I see myself as a companion for my clients and their families in times of change. My goal is to support my clients with current or ongoing challenges and help them to discover, try out and reflect on individual coping strategies.

Openness, humor, transparency, and strengthening my clients self-efficacy by strengthening self-responsibility and active action define my work.

For my personal background: I grew up at the shore of beautiful Lake Constance, which has allowed me to value and appreciate the close cultural exchange between Germany and Switzerland from a young age. In my long-time home of Frankfurt am Main, I particularly value the human and cultural diversity. In my free time, you can find me in nature, doing sports, with family and friends, or exploring foreign countries.
