"Our heads are round so our thoughts can change direction."

About me
As a systemically trained psychotherapist, I strive to approach my clients with openness and curiosity. I firmly believe that each individual possesses a unique perspective on the world, which I value and respect deeply. Guided by appreciation and a resource-oriented mindset, I journey alongside my clients in their pursuit of healing and growth.
A few personal insights: I reside in Zurich North with my husband and our kids. During my leisure time, I cherish moments spent with family and friends, engage in various sports activities, and relish mountain escapades. I also find joy in singing with an ensemble, savoring Italian cuisine, and basking in warmth and sunshine. Originally hailing from the picturesque Münsterland in Germany, I have called Switzerland home since 2015.
