About me
As a psychologist with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, I support my clients in discovering tools to help themselves in challenging situations and strengthen their self-efficacy. An open and appreciative collaboration, which should also have room for lightness and humor, is particularly important to me.
In my free time I enjoy being active, spending time in nature and sharing meaningful moments with family and friends. I recharge my batteries and find peace in the mountains, while little adventures and discovering new things always give me fresh impulses. My camera is always close by, allowing me to explore new perspectives through the lens. This curiosity and mindful awareness of different viewpoints also shape my approach in my professional work.
