About me

As a psychotherapist with a systemic-behavioral therapy background, I look forward to accompanying my clients on their personal journey. Together, we tackle challenges and discover individual possibilities and solutions. It is important to me to consider different perspectives, show patience, and promote autonomy and self-efficacy.

As a curious and open-minded person, I love discovering new countries and cultures, but I equally appreciate cozy evenings at home or with friends. For many years, I have been practicing Aikido regularly, which provides a wonderful balance to my workday.

In the therapeutic context pf Psycura: Adolescents and young adults, depression, personality disorders, trauma-related disorders, psychotic disorders.
