About me
As a systemic psychotherapist with a cognitive-behavioral focus, it is important to me to meet my clients at eye level and with great appreciation for their individuality and personal life world. My aim is to create a trusting space where clients can explore, accept, and discover new ways regarding their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In this process, I accompany you with empathy, patience, and an open attitude.
I find balance to my therapeutic work primarily through movement – sports are an important source of energy and inspiration for me. Music accompanies me through everyday life and helps me to gain new perspectives. Nature is my retreat. I especially enjoy spending time by the sea, where I can find peace and recharge.
